Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Please allow between 5-10 working days for all ‘Made to Order’ products. Please contact us directly if the order is urgent and needed sooner.

UK shipping is sent ‘Recorded Delivery’ via The Royal Mail and will take 1-3 days to deliver. 

Europe - 5 working days

USA - 7 working days

Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges and we will not be held liable for any charges that may occur.

Returns/Refund/Replacement

Arche Living always hopes you are happy with your purchase but if not we can offer a refund on any item not ‘made to order’ as long as it is returned in its original saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please note we are unable to re-imburse postage costs. 

All our ‘made to order’ products are non returnable and we can not offer a refund unless faulty or incorrectly supplied to you. In such cases please email Arche Living directly. 

When returning a non ‘made to order’ item we recommend using registered post and to maintain a receipt as proof of postage. We will not offer refunds on damaged or lost items during the return transit. We will also not be responsible for interest charges made by any credit card company whilst we issue a return. 

We have specific rattan care instructions and cannot offer a refund on an item if these instructions have not be carried out.
