Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the Arche Living website and to all orders placed through it. The agreement to sell you the product is made on the basis of these terms when we accept your order through our website.
Orders
Orders are normally only accepted if the material to make the product is available, if the order reflects current pricing and your credit or account card is authorized for the transaction. Purchases made on our website are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Arche Living refuses the right to refuse orders.
Order Placement
To place an order you must provide your full name, billing address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, card expiry, date and security number. Without this information we cannot process your order. We ask for a contact telephone number so we can contact you if there is an issue with your order. In some cases, we may pass your contact details onto a delivery company. Once we have processed your order and provided an order confirmation, we will prepare your goods for delivery. Your order confirmation will include a unique order number, please quote this number in correspondence with us regarding your order.
To be eligible to purchase products from Arche Living you must:
- Provide your full name, billing address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, card expiry, date and security number.
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank accepted by Arche Living.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.
Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the Arche Living website are in GBP and inclusive of VAT. All products will remain our property until we have received payment in full. All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If your card payment is not authorized, we will cancel your order and notify you via e-mail that we have done so. If we cannot supply you with the products that you have ordered we will cancel your order and inform you of this as soon as is reasonably possible.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error on any item, we will contact you to rectify the issue. Arche Living reserves the right to modify incorrectly priced items even after a sale is made. We may refuse to process any order or service at any time.
Only one promotional code may be used at a time.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or defective please inform Arche Living immediately after receiving the goods. We may ask you to return the goods to us at your own cost. After verifying that the goods are damaged or defective we will take the following actions:
- Provide you with a full or partial refund, including the cost of you returning the goods
- Replace the good
- Provide a credit note
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you under these terms and conditions will not exceed the total value of the order. Neither of us shall be responsible for the loss of income, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any waste of time. We will not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear; wilful damage; accident; negligence by you or any third party; you are using the goods in a way that we or the manufacturers do not recommend; you are failing to follow the manufacturer’s and/or our instructions, or from any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval. We accept no liability for any offence you may suffer as a result of the goods as you are deemed to have satisfied yourself of the nature and type of goods to be purchased before placing an order with us.
Events Beyond Our Control: We cannot be held liable if events that are beyond our control affect our ability to meet these terms. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver our service, but we may extend our delivery times in these circumstances. Such events include (but not limited to) industrial, civil, military or terror action, fire, natural disaster, interruption of transport or communication networks, and failure by our suppliers to supply the goods to us. If we have been unable to overcome such an event within 6 weeks we are entitled to cancel your order providing a full refund and without any further penalty.
Assignment: You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms to another person without our prior written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these terms.
Jurisdiction: The contract between us and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Copyright: All copy, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations and any text used in conjunction with any media from Arche Living in particular the contents of this website, are subject to copyright. Any unauthorised copying will constitute an infringement of copyright.
We reserve the right to vary or withdraw these terms from time to time as we see fit.

This privacy policy sets out how Arche Living uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. Arche Living is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
